WINNR
About us

Built by men who struggled, for men who struggle.

We built WINNR because we needed it ourselves. We've been through this, been in therapy, read the research, and spent real time with psychologists and scientists to learn what genuinely helps. Our aim is to get you free, not to keep you subscribed. These are the people building it:

Nicolaas van Disseldorp
Hey brothers. I have personally struggled with this problem too, but found great support with a coach, talking to my loved one, friends, and reading books about it. My mission at WINNR is to onboard the professionals, lead our team and talk to investors.
CEO · Coach & Researcher
Artem Kalmakov
I build the thing. Servers, app, the parts nobody notices until they break. Most apps in this space are built to keep you subscribed, and I did not want to build another one. Success, to me, is the day someone deletes WINNR because they no longer need it.
CTO
Oleksii Kravchenko
I write the backend your app runs on. I care about this one being fast, private, and honest about what it can and cannot do, because the people using it have been burned by software that promised more than it delivered. If it fails at that, I have not done my job.
Founding Engineer
Emiliia Artemovych
I write what you read here. My background is work and organisational psychology, and I start a masters in clinical psychology next. The rule I hold myself to: if the research does not support a claim, it does not go on the page, however good it sounded.
Lead Writer
Viktor Mladenov
I worked in an addiction clinic, building the group therapy protocols with the psychologists and doctors there. What struck me is how much of what works inside a clinic never reaches the men who need it, because they will not walk into one. My job is to get it to them anyway.
Practical Interventions Consultant
Benjamin Bargetzi
My background is neuroscience and I spent years at Google. These days I am building a venture for veterans in Ukraine. I advise WINNR to keep its claims inside what the research actually supports, and to say so out loud when the evidence is thin.
