These terms cover your use of the WINNR website, the intake questionnaire, and the waitlist while WINNR is in its pre-launch phase. By taking the questionnaire or joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

WINNR is for adults only. The questionnaire asks about porn use and sexual behaviour, so we confirm you are 18 or older before any questions are shown. Do not use WINNR if you are under 18.
The questionnaire is a self-assessment screen, not a medical diagnosis, and your plan is not medical treatment. WINNR does not replace a doctor, psychologist, or other professional. If you are in crisis or your wellbeing is at risk, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. When your answers suggest you are struggling badly, we point you toward licensed help straight away.
When paid access opens, WINNR will cost €10 a month. The first 100 people on the waitlist become founding members and pay €6 a month — 40% off — for as long as their membership stays active. Our commitments on pricing:
Founding-member status depends on your position on the waitlist; we will confirm your status before any payment is ever taken. Prices are shown in euro and may be subject to VAT depending on your country. Final paid terms (billing, refunds) will be published here before paid access opens.
We take your privacy seriously, especially because some of what you tell us is sensitive. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers. Your questionnaire answers are encrypted before they are stored, on servers in the European Union. If you opt in, we may use your answers only in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the science behind WINNR. Exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights (including deletion) are set out in full in our privacy notice.
When the community opens, what other members share is private and stays in the community. Do not copy, screenshot, or share it outside WINNR, and do not harass other members. We may remove access for anyone who breaks this.
WINNR is still being built. Features, content, and timing may change, and the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date or continued availability. We provide the site "as is" during this phase and will keep these terms updated as WINNR develops.
We may update these terms as WINNR develops. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
